Start by telling us about your project. After reviewing the details, we’ll coordinate an on-site walkthrough when the project is a good fit. We’ll discuss what you would like to change, your priorities, budget expectations, and any practical considerations we can identify at this stage.
We review the areas involved, discuss layouts, materials, and finishes, and identify decisions that may require additional planning. If a designer, architect, or specialist is needed, we’ll discuss how their work fits into the process.
Based on the information available, we prepare an estimate outlining the proposed work and relevant assumptions or allowances. We review questions together, clarify exclusions, and make adjustments where appropriate before moving toward a signed agreement.
Once the proposal is approved, we confirm the scope, payment schedule, and anticipated project sequence. We coordinate product selections, lead times, subcontractors, and required permits or inspections as applicable. Construction dates depend on readiness, approvals, and material availability.
Our team coordinates the work, protects the areas affected as appropriate, and stays in communication as the project progresses. We address site conditions as they arise, discuss decisions that affect scope or cost, and document approved changes before proceeding.
As construction is completed, we walk through the finished work with you and identify any remaining items that need attention. We coordinate the applicable finishing touches and final inspections, where required, before confirming the project is ready for closeout.
After the remaining items have been addressed, we check that the completed work aligns with the agreed scope and discuss how the space compares with what you envisioned. We review any relevant care information or documentation, confirm outstanding questions, and make sure you know how to reach us if something needs follow-up.
