Our Process
We understand that time and money is a valuable resource to our customers, and that’s why we strive to provide a stress-free building experience no matter the scope of the project.
Step 1: Client Goals - Initial Meeting
First we meet at the client’s home to view the scope of project and discuss client’s ideas and goals. We will discuss design needs and budget, and any obstacles that may arise before the project can get started. It’s always helpful to gather style ideas and questions before the initial meeting.
Step 2: Scope -planning
Artisan Homes will guide you throughout the entire design and planning . Whether you’re working with an architect/designer or simply have an idea of your own to create the home of your dreams, Artisan will help you every step of the way. After the preliminary design is finalized, we will provide an estimate that fits your budget.
Step 3: collaboration -pre construction
Once the estimate is approved Artisan will provide a detailed contract which will include the full scope of work, building allowances, production timeline and payment schedule. When the contract is signed a production schedule will be finalized and all permits secured. The Client will be guided to select materials, finishes, and confirm build products. We suggest that our clients pre-select all materials before the building process begins to ensure no delay during the building process.
step 4: construction - The Build Process
Building begins. Artisan strives to maintain open communication throughout the entire building process. Client will receive weekly project updates and walk through meetings to ensure the highest quality control.
step 5: Post Construction - completion
As the project nears completion we will complete a pre-completion walk through identifying details that need to be finalized to close the project. Artisan will send a complimentary cleaning crew to clean your new space. Completion documents are signed and you are now ready to live in your dream space.
