Founder & Principal Builder
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Gerry Mariano’s journey in construction reflects a deep commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.
He began his career as a skilled carpenter, honing his expertise across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects before founding GM Carpentry & Painting Inc. in 2010. His work quickly earned acclaim, with features in several editions of Design New England.
In 2019, Gerry expanded his vision by co-founding Artisan Homes and Renovations, focusing on larger, more ambitious projects. Today, as the sole owner, he leads with dedication, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
Based in Saugus, Massachusetts, Gerry lives with his wife and two children and remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business. His leadership ensures that Artisan Homes and Renovations consistently delivers outstanding results, earning the lasting trust and satisfaction of every client.
