About Us

Building and remodeling can be a daunting process, that’s why partnering with the right build team is important.  After several years of owning their own construction companies, childhood friends Eric Santos and Gerry Mariano combined their 20+ years of building experience and partnered to establish Artisan Homes & Renovations.

Our goal is to craft well built homes that will be timeless for years to come. We also believe that trust is the foundation of any partnership and we hope to provide excellence in customer service to ensure long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Team

Eric Santos (Owner)

Eric Santos is a carpenter by trade.  He specializes in residential build and development and believes that clients should get the most value for their project.  Before founding Artisan Homes in 2019, Eric worked as a carpenter for two different high end build companies in Wellesley, MA.  Eric established Santos Carpentry in 2012 and slowly began partnering with Gerry as demand grew.  Eric lives in Burlington with his wife and three children.

Gerry Mariano (Owner)

Gerry began his build career as a carpenter, and worked on numerous residential and commercial projects before establishing his own company GM Carpentry & Painting Inc, in 2010.  GM Carpentry’s work has been featured in multiple issues of Design New England. Gerry lives in Everett with his wife and two children.
